My family has a long history of buying gemstones all over the world. I love to pass on that heritage to my clients.
So many colored stones are misunderstood. I love to take time to walk my clients through what is available to them in the world of color. Education on hardness, toughness and stability will also help decide what stones are good for engagement rings. Seeing gemstones in person is integral to understanding the brilliance and life of the stone. Every shade of hue, tone, and saturation will affect your attraction to the stone. I always point out that buying a gemstone is like buying art – they can speak to your soul.
